Kimberly Calametti Walker

Kimberly Calametti Walker has been affiliated with the firm in the Mobile office since 1993, having become associated with the firm in August of 1996, and a member in February of 2003. Kim attended the University of Alabama School of Law, graduating in 1996, and the University of Southern Mississippi, where she graduated with Highest Honors in 1992.

During her association with the firm, Kim has been involved in numerous class action litigations; however, her current practice is focused in the areas of union side labor and employment law, as well as employee benefits law through her representation of various Taft-Hartley pension and welfare funds. Kim has successfully represented clients before the National Labor Relations Board, Mobile County Personnel Board and local school boards throughout the state. She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Alabama, and in Mississippi.

In addition to her law practice, Kim is actively involved in the legal community through her participation in many professional associations, including her prior service with the Alabama Young Lawyers Executive Committee from 1999- 2004. Kim has been selected by her peers for inclusion in Naifeh and
Smith's "Best Lawyers in America" in Labor and Employment and Employee Benefits for years 2006 and 2007.

When she is not at work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and cooking.
