Mary Olsen Mary Elizabeth Olsen, admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Alabama and Florida, has been associated with the firm in Mobile, Alabama, since August of 1994 and became a member of the firm in March 2002. She attended the University of Alabama School of Law, graduating in 1994 and the University of Alabama, where she graduated with honors in 1990. As an associate, Mary assisted in the litigation of mass tort, class action, toxic tort, complex product liability and personal injury claims. Her current practice primarily involves class actions, labor and employment litigation and she regularly represents union clients before arbitrators, as well as in state and federal courts. Mary has served as class counsel in four nationwide WARN Act class actions, litigated in the Bankruptcy Courts of Delaware and California. She has also been appointed class counsel in six other WARN class actions litigated in the bankruptcy courts in Alabama, Virginia, New Jersey, and California, and in a district court in Texas. She has successfully handled many labor arbitrations for various union clients and administrative hearings conducted by the National Labor Relations Board, the Mobile County Personnel Board and departments of human resources. In addition to her
